An enrolment process links a voice print to a unique identifier, in this use case, your mobile phone. No audio is stored but a voice print as unique as your fingerprint is created. 

Once that voice print exists the voice print can be used to authenticate and confirm that you are you and that information can be passed and verified to the person answering the call.

Simple to use. Voice Biometrics will save time and money whilst increasing accuracy, all whilst reducing fraud.

Step two : Now you can call V2 Healthcare. When calling from the number that is linked to your voiceprint, we’ll know its you once your voice has been matched to the voiceprint.

Your voiceprint is linked to the phone number you used in the enrolment form. To successfully route through V2 Healthcares auto attendant your voice will need to match the voiceprint stored and the call will need to originate from the number that is linked to the voiceprint.

If someone else uses your phone, or if you call from another number, you will not be matched.
