In this demo we go to town on features. Firstly we’re taking a car reg and reading that back phonetically, using some clever java script.

You can book a service, we know if the car MOT is due and much more.

This demo is great for showing the car industry the art of possible.

Using this demo

In Call Guidance

1. Initial Contact

Amy will answer the call politely. She has been training to listen for key words or phrases, such as “I’d like to sell my car” or “I need to book a service”.

Ultimately Amy can transfer a call to sales or purchasing department, she can value your car, she can book a service (use table of cars below) and if she doesn’t understand what you have asked for, transfer you to reception.

We didn’t do it for the demo but Amy can also use any large language model or knowledge bases, so you could use Amy as a help bot offering advice and guidance to your callers.

2. Giving Amy your registration

If you ask Amy to value your car, or book a service then she will ask you for your registration and then confirm that with you phonetically. Speaking clearly improves recognition.

You can use any registration for a valuation (performed by API lookup to a national provider) but if you use the registrations in the table below the triggers are used based on the MOT or Upgrade status.

Note: Registration lookup is limited to cars only. It does not find light commercial vehicles (pick ups), or other commercial vehicles.
